Symptoms

Configuration error when changing Mobile Mitigation Action from Continue to Block for the protected end point. Following is an example configuration error: 01070734:3: Configuration error: DB validation exception, unique constraint violation on table (shape_mobile_protected_endpoint) object ID (/Common/xcbdwebandmobile default_0448). A duplicate value was received for a non-primary key unique index field. DB exception text (Cannot update_indexes/checkpoint DB object, class:shape_mobile_protected_endpoint status:13)

Impact

Configuration error to user when changing Mobile Mitigation Action from Continue to Block.

Conditions

1. Navigate to Distributed Cloud Services > Bot Defense. 2. Select the BD profile. 3. Delete the protected end points in both Web and Mobile. 4. Add Web protected end point. 5. Add same protected endpoint in Mobile with Mobile Identifier - Header. 6. Update the profile.
