SysClientsslStatTotalHandshakesSoftware is always return 0 for snmpwalk query

Impact

SysClientsslStatTotalHandshakesSoftware stats values is showing the wrong value.

Conditions

Create a https virtual server with the default client ssl profile (clientssl). send a request to the virtual server run the following command: snmpwalk -c public localhost -v2c F5-BIGIP-SYSTEM-MIB::sysClientsslStatTotalHandshakesSoftware

Workaround

Use the following tmsh command to check the value. tmsh show ltm profile client-ssl global output: SSL Handshake Software 4 Offload 0
