Fix Information

All filesystem protections now follow best practices.

Behavior Change

When you are using SFTP to transfer the files from BIG-IP to remote-machine and vice versa, 1. filename should have absolute file paths. 2. un-encrypted files cannot be transferred when fips/cc-mode is enabled.
