Updating user properties results in an 'error occurred' when disabling weak ciphers(ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256) in ssl-ciphersuite
When attempting to update a user from the 'System :: Users : User List' menu, the system presents the following error: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request."
This occurs when disabling weak ciphers(ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256) in ssl-ciphersuite
Enable the weak Cipher in ssl-ciphersuite ssl-ciphersuite = ssl-ciphersuite + :ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256 Append the weak ciphers(:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256) to existing ssl-ciphersuite and restart the httpd service. For Example: Run the following commands on BIG-IP to enable the weak Cipher in ssl-ciphersuite #tmsh modify sys httpd ssl-ciphersuite ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-SHA:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-SHA:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-SHA384:AES128-GCM-SHA256:AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256 #bigstart restart httpd
