The Windows Edge Client is stuck in initializing.
The first time you save the setting it works; however, the second time you save, the letters "http://" are added to the beginning of the proxy server string, and subsequent attempts to use the edge client will fail.
Configuring Windows proxy settings in Windows. 1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy. 2. Enable Use a proxy server (On) 3. Enter Address: proxy.example.com and Port: 3128. 4. Click Save. 5. Close the settings window.
Manually remove the HTTP string for the local proxy IP setting and save.
The HTTP string is removed automatically when retrieving the proxy setting from Windows proxy settings.
