Symptoms

Under Windows proxy settings, HTTP is added to the local proxy server. Even if end user does not include HTTP, on second save of proxy setting HTTP is included by Microsoft.

Impact

Windows Edge Client stuck in initializing.

Conditions

Configuring Windows proxy settings.

Workaround

Manually remove the HTTP string for local proxy IP setting and save.
