Opened: Mar 27, 2023

Severity: 3-Major

Symptoms

Checking statistics in the GUI (Statistics ›› Module Statistics : Memory ) may result in "As error has occurred while trying to process your request." Checking memory via tmsh may show invalid values for tmm's memory usage: # tmsh show sys memory | grep nan TMM Memory Used -nan -nan -nan

Impact

Tmm memory stats may be zero, or may be half the size they should be.

Conditions

When the files in /var/tmstat/blade/ exceed 4GB. This could be to a large number of tmms or due to an extremely large config.

Workaround

Check tmm's memory using tmctl instead: tmctl tmm_stat -s cpu,memory_total,memory_used Or reduce the size of the config and restart tmm.
