TMM cores
Traffic is disrupted while TMM restarts.
This condition occurs when the DTLS + UNCLEAN SHUTDOWN is DISABLED.

BIG-IP now properly closes and frees memory for DTLS connections when the unclean shutdown is disabled. This prevents the crash and further restarting of TMM.
