The quota is not updated when PEM receives the CCR-U message from the OCS.
The quota is not updating from the PEM side.
Once the quota is exhausted, 1. OCS initiates a Re-Auth Request (RAR) to PEM 2. PEM responds with RAA 3. PEM then sends CCRu to OCS to request more quota 4. OCS responds with a CCA for additional quota for the rating group 5. Subscriber Session record did not change with new Granted Units.
