After upgrading HA instances and BIG-IP Next Central Manager, and then configuring LDAP and creating a new LDAP user, the user is not able to log in..
User is not able to login with new LDAP user after upgrade to 20.2.0.
1. Upgrade BIG-IP Next Central Manager from 20.1.x to 20.2.x. 2. Configure LDAP and create a user available in LDAP. 3. Attempt to login using the new LDAP user credentials.
As a workaround, use the following steps: - Use ssh to log into the machine using machine credentials - Restart the system and gateway pod using these commands: kubectl rollout restart mbiq-system-feature kubectl rollout restart mbiq-gateway-feature
