Symptoms

The blade side team0 aggregation flaps. As a result, management and control plane traffic between chassis blade and controller intermittently drops.

Impact

Various impacts including: BIG-IP tenant traffic-group split-brain, unexpected BIG-IP tenant traffic-group failovers, and management connectivity loss.

Conditions

High CPU utilization spike across all controller cpu cores. Utilization generally greater than 100% can trigger link flapping.

Workaround

Rebooting controllers experiencing high CPU utilization will generally return CPU utilization to normal levels.
