After upgrading a BIG-IP Next instance, if the upgrade file remains on the filesystem of the instance, a QKView request may fail.
Cannot create QKView requests.
A large file is stored in the BIG-IP Next file system.
Delete the large file from the BIG-IP Next instance using a Central Manager API call and ensure successful QKView generation, follow these steps: 1. Send a DELETE request to: https://{{cm_mgmt_ip}}/api/device/v1/proxy/{{instance_id}}?path=files/{{file_id}} 2. Wait 25 minutes before submitting the QKView request.
