Symptoms

Static route modification might lead to a kernel route loss and tmrouted disconnect from TMM. Errors similar to the following can be seen in LTM log: mod-route err tmm[17585]: 01010033:3: Dynamic route error (dst: 10.33.0.0%1/16): [create] existing entry is not dynamic mod-route err tmm[17585]: 01010054:3: tmrouted connection closed

Impact

Linux host loses a route entry.

Conditions

- Static route is modified. - Dynamic route is received and present during a static route modification with a prefix exactly matching a static route.

Workaround

Remove and re-add a route instead of modifying it.
