Symptoms

When vlan failsafe is enabled on a multi-blade VIPRION chassis, and when a secondary blade is disabled and subsequently enabled, it causes the entire chassis to failover even though there is traffic on other blade and the primary blade is available.

An unexpected failover event occurs.
