After upgrade, tmm crashes while passing SAML traffic.

Impact

Traffic disrupted while tmm restarts.

Conditions

-- SAML profile configured. -- The profile doesn't have a signed certificate configured for the SP profile -- The IDP profile does have a signed certificate

Workaround

Add the signed certificate to the same profile
