Symptoms

BIG-IQ registration with IoT Hub is failing because the current certificate has expired. As a result, BIG-IQ is unable to send usage data report to TEEMs service.

Impact

BIG-IQ cannot send usage data to TEEMs service.

Conditions

Usage data is enabled.

Workaround

1. Update latest Azure certificate in restjavad.properties.json 2. Restart restjavad. 3. Send usage data report.

Fix Information

Usage data report will be published to TEEMs service.
