Symptoms

Upon going to Local Traffic >> Policies : Policy List and selecting a policy that has actions defined, the following error is logged via the browser developer console. TypeError: can't access property "action", i.action is undefined t app.min.js:20 ActionTextController app.min.js:20 Angular 44 jQuery 5 angular.js:15717:16

Impact

- This is a cosmetic issue but prevents the BIG-IP admin from being able to view detailed information about the LTM Policies via the configuration utility. - BIG-IP administrator is also unable to edit pools or virtual servers from the drop-down list when selecting an action to forward traffic for the LTM policy rule.

Conditions

- LTM Policies and actions are configured. - The LTM Policies are viewed in the configuration utility (web UI)

Workaround

Use TMSH to view or edit LTM Policies. Open a case with F5 Support (K2633) and request an engineering hotfix with the fix for ID 2078797.
