After upgrading the system to ISO version 17.1.3, the SSL Orchestrator (SSL Orchestrator) UI fails to load and displays the error message: "The requested URL was not found on this server.".
User can not access SSL Orchestrator UI.
To reproduce the issue, upgrade to ISO version 17.1.3, which includes the SSL Orchestrator RPM version 11.2.3 as part of the bundle.
After upgrading to ISO version 17.1.3, navigate to iApps ›› Application Services : Applications LX and delete f5-ssl-orchestrator-dg-data. After that navigate to iApps ›› Package Management LX and remove the displayed RPM. This RPM is likely associated with the previous ISO version used for the upgrade. Once the RPM is deleted, click on the SSL Orchestrator link. This action will trigger the activation of the RPM bundled with ISO 17.1.3, and the UI should then load correctly.
