SelfIP is present in running config but missing from bigip_base.conf after upgrade. After reload, SelfIP disappears entirely, causing iQuery/config sync failures. No config load or mcpd errors are seen.

Manually add the missing SelfIP back into bigip_base.conf. Run tmsh load sys config to restore the SelfIP in the running configuration.
