NShield nethsm key generation fails when using the GUI. Key creation is successful when using the nShield utility and installing that key on BIG-IP.
Due to increase in rfs-sync -c, the key creation timeout is triggered and key creation fails.
This condition occurs when rfs-sync -c takes more than 30 seconds to sync the newly generated keys.
