Impact

BIG-IP does not start correctly and does not pass traffic, no access via ssh

Conditions

All of the following: 1. BIG-IP tenant was upgraded to from 17.1.x to 17.5.x 2. BIG-IP tenant expanded to more than 8 blades 3. Rollback to 17.1 was performed (without reducing allocated blades to max 8)

Workaround

- Remove extra blades (modify tenant to use max 8 blades) in F5OS partition - Switch tenant to "Configured" then "Deployed"
