Symptoms

SIP egress CRD is not installed when BNK is installed using F5 Lifecycle Operator (FLO).

Impact

SIP egress CRD is not included in the CRDs bundle installed using FLO and SIP egress functionality will not be supported.

Conditions

CRD installation is done using FLO, only.

Workaround

Install SIP egress CRD using helm.
