When configuring RADIUS servers through TMSH, more than two can be added. However, the system uses a 2-slot model (Primary and Secondary), and any additional servers become invisible to the GUI.
- Users may incorrectly assume that no RADIUS servers are configured because the GUI fails to display the remaining servers.
- More than 2 RADIUS servers are added via TMSH. - The first two servers (/Common/system_auth_name1 and /Common/system_auth_name2) are deleted manually. - Users check the configuration through the GUI (Users > authentication > User directory > Radius) and it will not display any servers.
Use GUI for managing RADIUS servers to ensure the correct configuration.
