A QKview collected from a device running BIG-IP v17.5.1.4 or v17.5.1.5 fails to collect - files in the filestore (/config/filestore) - per-partition configuration files (/config/partitions/) - the /config/.diffVersions directory - the systemd journal files (/var/log/journal) And other directories.
Qkview is missing important files.

There is no workaround to include these files in a QKview. If the files are necessary for troubleshooting an issue, they must be collected manually.
