Last Modified: Oct 16, 2026

Affected Product(s):
iApps SSLO(all modules)

Known Affected Versions:
17.5.1.5, 17.5.1.6, 17.5.1.8, 17.5.1.9, 17.5.1.10

Symptoms

After modifying the Internal IP offset in a saved Generic Layer 2 service draft, the deployed Pool Members and Self IPs may be created in different subnets.

Impact

The deployed service may be broken. Pool Members may be down and traffic through the service may fail.

Conditions

This occurs when a Generic Layer 2 service is first saved as a draft with the default Internal IP offset, then edited to use a different offset before deployment.

Workaround

Delete the draft and recreate the service. Configure the desired Internal IP offset before saving the draft.
