Egress traffic from app pod will fail when TMM pod restarts.
Vxlan interfaces and ip routes are wrongly provisioned on node and TMM causes the egress traffic disruption.
TMM Pod restart.
Delete Egress cr and restart the cne-controller pod.
In the controller, Recreate msgChan in handleAddTmmPod function when the existing channel is closed, so the CSRC goroutine can restart communication.
