When creating an ASM policy from an OpenAPI 3.1 file, any parameters defined with a binary content media type other than `application/octet-stream` are categorized as "data type: alpha-numeric" instead of "data type: file upload." Additionally, binary parameters are mistakenly set with "base64 decoding" enabled, whereas it should be disabled
Parameters appear in the GUI with "Data Type: Alpha-Numeric"
An OpenAPI 3.1 file is imported to create a security policy, and the file includes parameters defined with a binary content media type
Parameters appear in the GUI with "Data Type: File upload"
Set the data type to "File upload" for all binary media types by selecting each of those types
