Symptoms

In some circumstances, when an attempt to connect to the server fails synchronously, attempts to change the load-balancing criteria in LB_FAILED can cause the flow to be aborted or TMM to crash.

Impact

Flow is aborted or TMM crashes.

Conditions

Connection attempt fails synchronously with attempt to change iRule criteria in LB_FAILED event.

None

Fix Information

TMM no longer cores with a SIGFPE and the following log message when executing both pool and LB::reselect commands in an LB_FAILED iRule event on a Standard Virtual Server: Assertion "tclrule ctx uninitialized" failed
