Last Modified: Jul 12, 2023

Affected Product(s):
BIG-IP Install/Upgrade(all modules)

Known Affected Versions:

Fixed In:
11.5.0, 11.4.0 HF3

Opened: May 15, 2013

Severity: 3-Major

After an upgrade from a previous version of TMOS v11.x, under some conditions, newly created subfolders may fail to sync.

Configuration synchronization may fail with a message like the following: 01070734:3: Configuration error: Invalid folder (/folder/name) the parent folder does not exist

This occurs when creating sub-folders in a partition and then attempting to sync.

Delete and recreate the folders, then re-initiate a sync.
