The issue is most noticeable for RDP connections, where RDP client might 'freeze', when other VDI client (including RDP) is trying to connect via APM.
RDP users experience freezes and disconnects.
-- Several VDI clients are connecting via APM, when there are active RDP connections (native RDP or RDG). -- Name resolution of destinations for new VDI connections takes noticeable time (several seconds or more). -- The system does not have a lot of available CPU.
You can use either of the following: -- Reduce name resolution delay. For example, try to use FQDNs instead of host names in VDI resources. -- Reconfigure VDI resources to use IP addresses.
