Symptoms

Intermittently, if a secondary blade is being disabled, it may miss the command and stay enabled.

Impact

Secondary blade will still pass traffic as if it is active. It will not be considered inactive for counting of min-up-members.

Conditions

Unknown.

Workaround

As this only happens rarely, you can re-enable the blade and re-disable the blade.
