Symptoms

The system is configured incorrectly where the remote ip address is set to the same value as the self ip address, the wocd process may go into a restart loop.

Impact

The wocd process may go into a restart loop and WOM will be unusable.

Conditions

The remote IP address is set to the same value as the self IP address.

Workaround

Correct the remote IP address.
