When using the Manager Role, user is unable to stand up a SharePoint 2010 iApp. The system reports the following error: 01070822:3: Access Denied: user (<username>) does not have create access to object (ltcfg_instance)
Only Administrators can deploy SharePoint Application Services.
When using the Manager role.
Do not use the Manager role to attempt to deploy SharePoint 2010 application services. Other shipping templates do not exhibit this behavior.
