When you configure valid-lifetime 0 for advertised prefixes the BIG-IP system sends only one update and it fails to send updates thereafter.
None. This value is RFC corner case and has no practical use.
This is applicable only in IPv6 strict compliance mode.
Set valid-life time to reasonable value.
