If SSOv2 configuration is assigned to portal access item, then it is impossible to attach a file to a message. This happens because SSOv2 distorts body of POST request with content-type 'application\json'.
Client can get a problem with web applications (e.g. attachments in OWA2013)
This issue happens with OWA2013, SSOv2 and portal access resource are configured. Navigate to OWA2013 through reverse proxy and send a new message and insert a file to the message.
