Users can't create a cost based link loadbalancing (GTM/LC Links object) from the web interface.

On affected versions use tmsh to make create this object instead of the GUI. create gtm link link_example datacenter dc1 router-addresses add { 1.1.1.1 } cost-segments { { dollars-per-mbps 1 up-to-bps 1 } { dollars-per-mbps 2 up-to-bps 2 } }
The 'Prepaid Segment' and 'Incremental Segments' sections show up properly in GTM Link page so users can create the cost based link loadbalancing in GUI now.
