Symptoms

TCP resets with Access error log ERR_VERBOTEN. TCP resets can occur due to an outdated assumption that sessions must be "not started" at a particular state. It is possible for the session to arrive at this state as "in progress"

Impact

TCP resets on production TMMs. Debug TMMs will crash.

Conditions

Any APM policy might hit this error.

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

The assumptions have been changed so that "in progress" will proceed as normal.
