Symptoms

For a portal resource request, the browser receives zero sized response when the Citrix/View resource is opened before portal resource.

Impact

Access to the configured non-Citrix portals fail.

Conditions

Citrix/View resource is opened before portal resource.

Workaround

Open portal resources before Citrix/View resources.

Fix Information

Portal resource now opens properly after a Citrix or a View resource has been used on an APM webtop.
