Attempting to create a zone using the ZoneRunner GUI using the 'Transfer From Server' option may not work with some DNS servers. It is known to not work with Windows Server 2003.

You can either manually scp the database file, or you can follow this process: 1. Run the command: dig @axfr server_name zonename. 2. Put the result in a zone file. 3. Add the zone using ZoneRunner's 'Load From File' zone creation method.
Attempting to create a zone using the ZoneRunner GUI using the 'Transfer From Server' option now works correctly.
