The web interface cannot display IPsec traffic selectors when the any traffic selector object refers to protocol type other than the known few (TCP, UDP, ICMP).
If the web interface is unable to display traffic selector list, it causes usability issues.
Create an IPsec traffic selector with the protocol type set to "Other".
Remove the offending traffic selectors via TMSH.
Resolved issue preventing GUI from displaying traffic selector list.
