Symptoms

In rare cases, logon to web applications using client-initiated form-based SSO might fail and cause the user account to be locked out in directory service.

Impact

Some users may intermittently fail to logon to web applications and have their accounts locked in directory service.

Conditions

-- WebSSO configured for use on APM virtual server. -- Logon using form-based SSO.

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

An error no longer occurs during logon to a web application using client initiated form-based SSO.
