The version of the dtca-bundle.crt file saved in config filestore can get out of sync with the version noted in the BIG-IP configuration file. When this happens BIG-IP attempts to restore the version from the trash can. If the trash can has been purged then the version can not be restored and configuration does not load, and emits the following error: _identify_jobs_todo:(/Common/dtca-bundle.crt) :Failed: name (/Common/dtca-bundle.crt) No copy in trash-bin to restore from. - sys/validation/FileObject.cpp, line 3064
This error prevents configuration from loading.
This appears to be a timing problem related to saving the BIG-IP configuration.
The workaround is to edit the configuration file so that the version number matches the version in file store.
This bug fix reduces the occurrence of this bug but does not eliminate it.
