From the web interface, attempting to go to the image import page (System -> Software Management -> Image List -> Import...) or the hotfix import page (System -> Software Management -> Hotfix List -> Import...) results in an empty page and the user cannot proceed with the import operation.
User is not able to import BIG-IP images or hotfix images via the GUI.
BIG-IP system with AFM-only license
On the command line, copy the desired image or hotfix file from your local computer to /shared/images/ on the Big-IP.
Going to the software import or hotfix import page no longer results in a blank page, and the user can proceed with importing either type.
