Symptoms

The power supply information in the output of 'tmsh show sys hardware' reflects only the power supplies that were present when the system started up.

Impact

If a power supply is added or removed after the system is running, 'tmsh show sys hardware' shows that the added power supply is active, but it does not show detailed information for the supply. In addition, "Chassis Power Supply Status" from 'tmsh show sys hardware' may not be correct when removing PSU#1 from a 5000 series and 7000 series.

Conditions

This occurs when running 'tmsh show sys hardware' command.

Fix Information

The power supply information in the output of 'tmsh show sys hardware' now reports power supplies that were present when the system started up and those that came active after startup.
