When doing an iControl call from on the box itself, i.e. localhost, and you do an operation that uses file objects, such as data group file create, you get an error that you do not get when going from inside or outside the box against management IP.
iControl fails with an error
iControl needs to be done from the box itself, and it needs to do an operation using file objects.
None except doing iControl from another ip, ie not localhost
iControl fixed to not report error when done from localhost.
