Visual Policy Editor (VPE) swap functionality does not work on certain builds. You may see a message: "Unable to complete request. Please refresh your vpe window." or no indication.
Impact is cosmetic. You can't swap branches in vpe, instead you have to recreate them manually and then delete old branch Doesn't affect end user functionality; this is a UI issue
No special condition need.
This issue doesn't have workaround except installing proper hf or recreate branch desired to swap manually and then delete old branch
