License records are missing on some occasions. There are two possibilities causing this issue: 1.-The record never gets installed under some odd sequence of clustering events. 2.-Under some failure scenarios the records may go missing.
Incorrect license counts.
License records are missing from the session db.
This issue has no workaround at this time.
Records installed in session db keep track of license counts during regular operation on chassis.
