DoS registers not programmed on vCMP.
DoS is only enforced in software
When running BIG-IP on vCMP, DoS registers are not programmed. All DoS features are enforced in software.

When vCMP is deployed, computation offload hardware is not programmed with DoS thresholds. All the DoS logic is enforced in software. This is applicable to both the hypervisor and the guest.
