Symptoms

In SELinux, a file moved using the 'mv' command retains its original selinux labels, while a file copied (using the 'cp' command) relabels it which can cause selinux errors.

Impact

F5GeoIPISP.dat will not be readable.

Conditions

A file is moved from one location to another, thus keeping its existing SELinux permissions.

Workaround

Always copy files instead of moving them.
