Symptoms

The 'cpcfg' utility, which copies the configuration from one installation volume to another, posts a benign error message.

Impact

After the command completes, the system posts a spurious error message similar to the following: 'umount: /mnt/tm_install/23914.qH2fWD: device is busy'.

Conditions

This happens when running the 'cpcfg' command.

Workaround

None, but configuration is correctly copied to the destination slot, so this message can safely be ignored.

Fix Information

The cpcfg utility is now working correctly, and does not post a spurious error message.
