Symptoms

Citrix, VMware View, JavaPatcher, MobileSDK connections sometimes do not update session statistics and session inactivity timeout

Impact

User's session statistics and inactivity timeout are not updated for Citrix, VMware View, JavaPatcher, MobileSDK connections. If no other activity is present, user is logged out due to inactivity timeout.

Conditions

BIG-IP with about 10 tmms. Note: You can determine the number of TMM instances running on the BIG-IP APM system using the following command from the command line: ps Hax | grep -c "tmm.[0-9]".

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

Citrix, VMware View, JavaPatcher, MobileSDK connections now always update session statistics and inactivity timeout.
